On September 15, 2025, I was at the library and visited Tom Jacob’s website for the first time in a while. I was immediately shocked to discover that he left his body in December 2024.

I first learned about Tom and his work through Autumn, who shared his https://www.tdjacobs.com/downloads/free-13-minute-grounding-meditation-mp3/ with me shortly after we met at the end of 2023. Since then, his work has, and continues to, affect me in wonderful ways.

I first practiced his 22 Days of Channeled Energy Work Meditations while Autumn and I were living with a friend in Colorado in the summer of 2024. I began working with these again very intentionally on August 1st, 2025 and have since practiced them at least twice per day as of writing this.

Tom’s work changed my life and how I show up in the world. I highly recommend working with what he has produced. Without his meditations, the work I am doing and my current life context would be significantly more challenging!

Lastly, his book Lilith, Healing the Wild and the associated guided meditations benefited Autumn and I tremendously. This book helped me make sense of the archetypal journey of my life!
