The RTM is my current model to create reciprocal thriving with those whom I am connected.

To begin, I know it is safe for me to be transparent regarding the money that flows into my hands/accounts and out through me into the hands/accounts of other people and organizations. I also delight in recording where money comes from and how it flows through me. So, this Inflow Log details all money I receive since October 17th, 2025 (which is the date I implemented the RTM):
To create thriving in several domains, the RTM splits each inflow that is marked “Auto-Allocate” into 55 / 33 / 11 / 1 percentage pools. Here is the purpose and description of each pool:
| Purpose | Description |
|---|---|
| 55% – i, Schuyler | This amount is Invested into my creative/technical base — e.g. Digital tool upgrades that stabilize the i, Schuyler ecosystem. Or, food to nourish me, ‣, and ‣ so that I continue creating i, Schuyler. |
| 33% – Stewards | This is gifted to one person (per Inflow) who is directly supporting my current context. ‣ is an obvious example, but it could also be a friend or family member. |
| 11% – Shared Prosperity Pool | This is held in a “mutual aid pool” (physical envelope and virtual wallet). I give these funds to another person, project, or being who nourishes the collective field. |
| 1% – Miracle Fund | This is symbolically dedicated to “unpredictable grace.” It is held in a virtual/physical wallet called Magical Miracles. |
I use my Internal Guidance System (IGS) to determine whether or not to Auto-Allocate money received. If I don’t Auto-Allocate then I use my IGS to determine where to allocate the money (see i, Schuyler FUNdraiser for details). Similar to why forests don't go to seed during a drought, I may not auto-allocate money received if I am not above my felt sufficiency barometer. Even surprise gifts I receive may therefore be reclassified from “circulating gift” to “stability buffer.”
The RTM Allocations records how the money pie is distributed from each Inflow. The allocation date is the day I record the inflow and use the RTM to allocate it (so it may be a later date than the actual date of the Inflow).
Circulation records my experience giving pie slices to people and to the ongoing i, Schuyler FUNdraiser. Mmm money pie! Yummy!
I affirm the following mantra every time I give:
“I nourish the field of Reciprocal Thriving through this gift.
As I circulate these amounts, I open pathways for all beings - including myself - to thrive with joy, sufficiency, and surprise!”
The four Pool’s pinned at the top are like clouds waiting for the right moment to begin releasing rain.
If you feel resonance with this field, contribute any amount that feels joyful. Here is Currency I Accept. We’re co-creating a thriving pattern that ripples outward.
