Joplyn is a magical and shamanic cat whom appeared on Autumn’s doorstep in 2011. Autumn believes he was about 1 year old when he showed up; feral and ferocious. We celebrated his 15th birthday in July!
His favorite nicknames are:
He has always been an indoor/outdoor cat who always goes outside to potty and respectfully digs a hole which he uses to bury his pee and poop.
By now, he’s had more experiences and lived and traveled to more places than probably 99% of all other cats! He’s been on Amtrak trains, rental cars, U-Haul’s, and has been carried all sorts of places while being in his cat backpack. At this point in his life, the only fears he has are thunderstorms (though he doesn’t mind being out in the rain) and high winds.
He enjoys sleeping snuggled between Autumn and I under the covers. He also loves receiving massages and belly rubs, and hanging out on my lap when I’m cooking or meditating.
